Mark as Useful Claimed I owed 8484.87 for a payday loan but the name of the company they gave me I never had a loan with. Said if I didn't pay now they would file criminal charges with the District Attorney immediately. When I asked for an address, they would not give me one.

Mark as Useful The call begin civially with him telling me someone had filed a lawsuit against me and he had the case file. He had personal information but would not give me the name of the person or business that supposedly had filed against me. He escalated to a threat and on 3 separate calls told me and my husband when he answered "Fuck You".

Mark as Useful I recieved a call from this number at my work. I just called the number a few hours ago and was told that I am deliquent on a loan- asked for more information was declined information by this "person" i was talking to. Refused my requests to speak to a manager. Was told that I immediately needed to settle this debt. I hung up and called the place where I was supposedly deliquent. They state that I am in good standing and they have recieved calls from other customers stating that they have recieved similar calls. These people knew my social security number- I have now closed out all of my accounts, have notified all local law enforcement agenices- have left messages with congressman regarding this. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFO TO THESE FREAKS-THEY ARE ALL SCAMS!!!!!
